What we’ll do:
I welcome you in an absolutely unique setting in my colonial villa on the edge of Santa Teresa. Coming to my place will already be an experience by itself.
After your arrival I offer you a little snack and some drinks to refresh yourself while giving you a short introduction to the influences that shaped Brazilian cuisine and an overview of what we will prepare.
Then we jump into our course and learn the most important thing: how to make Caipirinha (I have 20+y experience!).
Next we prepare our dishes listening to Samba or other beautiful Brazilian music.
Once everything is ready we enjoy our food in the patio under the centenarian mango tree.
COVID-19-update: I’ll keep us all safe! We will be outdoors all the time (but covered from the elements), I have a big fan for extra ventilation and my groups are limited to max 6 people!
